Before contacting support, please make sure you have the following information available. 

  • The product with which you are having problems.
  • The release date of the package (private assembly)
  • Verify that you have the latest version installed (either from our site here - which always has the latest releases, or from snowcovered.com. In snowcovered.com this is located in patches and fixes)
  • Record any exception errors in using the Admin menu, Log Viewer module.
  • Supply us with as much detail as you can on the problem and how it occured.
Taking into account the above actions, saves both you and us time and effort to get you up and running as quickly as possible.
